Everyone knows how long it can take and how costly it can be to make appointments with prospective clients.

HOW WE HELP

Our job is to provide you with an audience of potential clients who:

- Are key decision makers in your target industry
- In charge of a minimum budget of 5 million
- Are genuinely interested in your specific service

WHAT WE DELIVER

Our event simply aims to sit you down in face to face meetings across two days, a basic package would offer:

- 15 one to one meetings across two days - 35 minutes per meeting
- Evening Networking
- Evening Gala Dinner - sat with end users
- Golf Tournament/Clay Pigeon Shooting

How we do it - the matchmaking

UNDERSTANDING AND HELPING THE DELEGATES

As we move towards the event our bespoke appointment scheduling system will provide your sales and marketing team with a full breakdown of each senior delegate and the main points to be discussed at the programme, along with their budgets and new services that they are looking to invest in. This way we can then inform you which delegates need help in the sector that you specialise in. 

CREATING THE MEETINGS

You will then prioritise 25-30 executives out of the 120+ attending which, we will distil with you to focus on the lead 15 for the 40 minute one to one sessions, keeping the remaining individuals for us to introduce during dining and networking sessions. This locks out dead time at the Event and provides better, more granular meetings.

CREATING THE EBOOTH

You will be required to provide a synopsis of your company and its representatives for your online booth. This will then be seen by all the attending delegates who then select the companies they wish to meet.

OUR COMMITMENT

The most significant aspect of our agreement with you is that the meetings are contractually guaranteed at the C level. This reflects our commitment to you and to each delegate that we are bringing to the resort, organising accommodation for, and discussing their most pressing requirements with. We match both your requests and those of the delegation to create your final appointment schedule - This is the “glue” that binds the event.

 
END USER LED CONFERENCE

BUILT BY END USERS FOR END USERS

Like all of our events we aim to genuinely help the industry and the people in it.

This is why we give control of the event to the committee of speakers. We find that due to their industry knowledge and expertise, they really know what an end user is looking for out of an event, which improves the quality in every aspect.

APPROVAL SYSTEM

All attending end users are invited on behalf of the committee.

All invited sponsors are directly recommended throught the committee.

Any interested sponsors/delegates must be first approved by the committee, once registered
